I used to be proud to be known as a high-stressed, ultra-competitive, bad-ass, high-performer looking to get the best out of everyone, no matter the sacrifice.

Today, I'm someone who has learned the art of work/life integration - in other words... high performance with less stress.
Don't get me wrong ... I still don't settle for mediocrity, I've just learned to how to approach my work and life with a more positive, healthy outlook...which has resulted in having a lot more fun, and me getting proper sleep while doing what needs to get done. Cheers!
